Society of St. Andrew is partnered with nationwide food banks, food pantries, churches and civic organizations. They have successfully distributed more than 2 million pounds of food through the USDA Farmers to Families program since May 2020!!

Society of St. Andrew’s objectives is to make charitable food donation a frustration free process for those who generously want to share what they have unsold or unused.

Choose Society of St. Andrew as your nonprofit distribution partner!

Here’s why!

  • They track exactly which agencies receive the produce you donate and where it is distributed.
  • They understand the importance of food safety and traceability standards.
  • They have 40+ years’ experience, working with thousands of growers across the 48 contiguous United States.
  • They’ve successfully (and safely) distributed more than 850 million pounds of healthy fruits and vegetables across the country.
  • They protect you, the grower, with waivers, insurance, and best practices.

You are protected from any and all liability concerns through the Bill Emerson “Good Samaritan” Food Donation Act, passed by the U.S. Congress in 1996. Society of St. Andrews, as a nonprofit, ensure that you and the recipients are 100% protected from liability.
