Paperless Statements Now Available: Switch and Receive $100 Credit Until January 31

We’re excited to announce that our cooperative is moving toward email and electronic statements. This change will help us reduce paper usage, lower administrative costs, and allow you to access your information more quickly and securely.
As a thank-you for making the switch, customers who enroll in e-statements and sign up for our Customer Portal by January 31st will receive a $100 statement credit.
To sign up for paperless statements, login to your customer portal and change your statement delivery preferences. If you do not have an account yet, visit portal.superiorag.com and select "Request Access". Instructions can be found here: Paperless Statement Enrollment Instructions
Your $100 statement credit will appear on an upcoming billing cycle once the change is complete and you should receive email confirmation of your selection. After that, your statements will be sent to you by email.
The electronic statement you will be getting emailed will be the same statement as what you receive now by mail. The statements you see in the Portal will be the same dollar amounts but will not have the level of itemized detail that the ones sent via email will have.
