Farmer Cooperative

Every year during the Thanksgiving season, we all reflect on what we are Thankful for. Despite the highs and lows, there are a lot of things we are still grateful for. Here’s a list of things Superior Ag is thankful for this holiday:

We’re Thankful For: Our Member-Customers

Since we are owned and operated by local farmers, we are forever grateful for their loyalty and partnership. Our member-customers depend on the cooperative system, just as we rely on their business, and by working together we all succeed. Family farms have been around for generations and Superior Ag employees work hard to help each of them obtain their highest goal.

We’re Thankful For: Doing What We Love To Do

Many of Superior Ag employees have worked in the cooperative system for decades. Others have recently landed their career at Superior Ag. None-the-less, everyone has the same common interest – helping others, by doing what they really love. Whether it’s feeding pigs the perfect diet, fueling an area farm’s fleet, providing insights to farmers on new technology, or purchasing grain. Whatever it is, our desire to do good while in the agriculture industry is our passion.

We’re Thankful For: Relationships

No matter who you are or where you are – relationships are important. The best thing about the cooperative system, is our team is here to help you. We’re in this together. We’re owned and operated by our member-customers (you), so we want to see each of you succeed and grow. We provide advice, knowledge, and support. The best part is, if we make money at the end of the year, we GIVE IT BACK – through patronage to our member-customers. It’s the relationships that we have with our vendors, fellow employees, member-customers, and community members that make our cooperative successful.

Of course, we’re thankful for many other things but these are the first ones that come to mind. This Thanksgiving remember to take time to reflect on what you’re thankful for.
